How do I place a secure online order?
1. Find the products you are looking for – You can search for products by browsing through categories and brand names via the toolbar on the left of the page, or use our convenient search engine by clicking on ‘SEARCH’ located near the top left of the page under ‘HOME’. This will display a full list of all categories and brand names for you to look through, or allow you to search using keywords.
2. Once you have found the products you wish to order, select the style, colour, size, and quantity you want.
3. Click ‘Add To Cart’. (Putting something in your cart does not commit you to buying it).
4. From here you can change the contents of your cart, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.
5. Once you are certain of the products you wish to buy, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
6. Personal Details – carefully choose your payment method, and fill out all your billing and shipping details (be very careful to put your correct shipping details as we take no responsibility for shipping to incorrect addresses given)
7. Write any comments or special instructions in the comments box and press ‘Continue’.
8. Once you have reviewed your order and are happy to proceed, fill out your payment details and press ‘Continue’.
You have now successfully placed an order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, email us immediately at sales@bodyboarders.com.au or call us on (Aust) 02 9913 3847 (Int) +612 9913 3847 and request your order to be cancelled. Please provide your name, order number and daytime contact phone number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
Please Note: If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
We do not refund for any products unless they are faulty (see returns and exchanges).
What if an item is unavailable?
If an item is unavailable, you will be notified within 48hours via email or phone call. ‘Available’ refers to the item being available at one of our outlets up to 24hrs ago; our website is not in real time but is updated regularly. If a particular item is out of stock but is available from one of our suppliers, we will order the item in for you. In the case the supplier is also out of stock, we will recommend a number of suitable alternatives or comparable products.
