Who is my order shipped with?

Domestic Customers — Your order is shipped with Australia Post through our POSTeParcel system unless you specify otherwise (charges may apply). Australia Post is the most cost effective and efficient postal service that is committed to providing a high-quality mail and parcel delivery service within Australia. We have our parcels picked up each morning Monday to Friday.

International Customers — Your order is shipped with Australia Post Air Mail unless you specify otherwise (charges may apply). Air Mail is the standard service accommodating letters and parcels up to 20kg, which can be relied on to deliver your items to virtually any address in the world.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic Customers -Delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin and its destination. We have one store located in Coolangatta Gold Coast, and one located in Narrabeen Sydney where orders can be sent from either one. Based on this, Australia Post has the following delivery times:

International Customers — Australia Post suggest parcels will be delivered between 7-21 working days if using standard Air Mail (this is the standard postal method we use). We cannot guarantee this delivery time as it does vary between countries and regions. If you would prefer to use another postal service, please write in the comments box and we will be in contact with you on what the price difference will be.

I’m a BSC member, how do I obtain free freight?

To obtain your free freight you must place your member number in the comments box when proceeding to ‘checkout’. If paying by Credit Card we will manually deduct the freight charges shown at time of processing your credit card details. Credit cards are not charged until day of order leaving our shop. If paying by any other method we ask that you deduct the freight charges manually, and then send your payment to us. To become a member click here!

How is my shipping cost calculated?

Your shipping cost is automatically calculated through Australia Post. The cost is determined by where it is travelling, how much it weighs, and how big the parcel is. It also takes into account whether your order will need additional insurance cover (often necessary for international orders).

What if nobody’s home when my order arrives?

Consideration should be given to the nominated delivery address for your parcel. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location. If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:

· Include special delivery instructions in the comments section on your order (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.).

· Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.).

We do not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address. It is solely up to the customer to provide a correct delivery address, and www.bodyboarders.com.au takes no responsibility for the delivery to incorrect addresses specified on an order.
