Returns

Please Note: We only accept returns if the criteria below are met.

  • The item must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, unused!
  • You must request the return within 14 days of the ship date.
  • You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us by calling or emailing us to tell us why you are returning the item, and to let us know if you'd like an exchange or store credit.
  • Be sure to give us YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER when emailing about a return.
  • We must receive the merchandise within 10 days after issuing the RAN. (3 weeks for customers outside the AUSTRALIA).

If you are returning an item, you are welcome to:

1. Store credit- We will issue you a store credit that you can use any time in the future. Less any postage charges paid.

2. Exchange– If you wish to exchange a product, contact us in advance either via email or phone to make sure we have what you want in stock. We will charge/credit the difference to your account, and you will be responsible for shipping costs on returning the original item to us, and the shipping on the new item as well.

3. Refund- We do not refund any products unless they are faulty.

There are no returns on SALE items or DVD’S. You are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns EXCEPT if an item is damaged* or we shipped the wrong item. In that case, you may be asked to ship the item back at your expense via Australia Registered Post, and we will credit your account for the return shipping costs at a maximum of equal to what we paid to ship it to you only. Also, if returning a purchase for a credit or exchange, we ask that you return any free items that were included with the purchase before we can process the credit. If you return an item that had free shipping, we reserve the right to refund your money minus our cost to ship it to you (unless your return is due to damage or an error on our part).

If you bought a bodyboard and had us install a leash, returns are not allowed unless the board is not what you ordered. If you bought an item of clothing and washed it, we cannot accept a return. Shrinkage is not a valid reason for returning clothing. Please allow one to two billing cycles for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

*Damaged Items -If you receive a shipment that is damaged, YOU MUST SAVE THE PACKAGING that the item came in AND REPORT THE DAMAGE TO US WITHIN 24HRS of receiving the item. If you do not, we cannot replace the item! Some items are insured, and we may ask you to return to the Post Office and file a claim on the item. They will need the packaging to file that claim.

Warranty

Some items have manufacturer warrantees. If you believe you have a warranty claim contact us right away and we will contact the manufacturer to determine the best solution to the problem. They reserve the right to repair or replace items covered under warranty. NO bodyboard is covered for creasing or bubbling. Sale items carry NO WARRANTY and NO REFUNDS! In some warranty cases, you may still be liable for paying shipping costs to get the product to the manufacturer.
