Payment Options and Information
What payment methods do we accept?
Secure Online Credit Card Payment– We accept VISA and Mastercard. This is the most convenient and efficient way of shopping as your order can be processed straight away. To pay with credit card online, select ‘Secure Online Credit Card Payment’ as your payment method when you have proceeded to the checkout. You are not charged straight away, your order will be processed manually once your order has been confirmed.
Payment over the phone – If for any reason you do not want to pay online, call our Narrabeen store on +612 9913 3847 and we can take your payment details over the phone. Your order will then be ready to process and be dispatched the following morning.
Fax Order Form – If you wish to pay by credit card but not online, you can supply us with your credit card details via our fax order form.
- Once you have proceeded to ‘checkout’, select ‘Print Fax Order Form’ as your method of payment, then click ‘continue’.
- You will then be given instructions and a link where you can download the fax order form.
- Once you have printed the form and filled out your credit card details, fax it to our secure fax line: (Aust) 9970 7640 (Int) +612 9970 7640
Direct Bank Deposit – Direct bank deposit is another convenient payment method where you can transfer funds via the internet from your bank account into ours. Select “direct bank deposit’ as your payment option. You will be given our account details in a confirmation email once you have completed your order. Follow the instructions in the email. Once we have proof that the funds are in our account, your order is ready to be processed.
Cheque or Australian money order – Ordering by personal cheque or money order is easy. Simply choose "cheque or money order" as the payment option and leave the account number field on the order form blank. Then just mail your cheque or money order to us at this address:PO BOX 327, Narrabeen, NSW, 2101.
Also, include a printed copy of the order confirmation you will receive by email. We accept Australian Postal Money Orders and Australian Cheques only. Your order will be processed the day we receive your cheque or money order.
Money orders are available at any Australian Post Office.
Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive your cheque or money order within 5 working days.
You can also pay online by gift card that you have either purchased or been given. When selecting a payment method, select ‘Cheque/Money Order’ (this is just the default selection for paying by gift card). All you have to do then is quote the voucher number shown on the back of the gift card, and write that number in the comments box of your order. Your order will be processed as normal given that you have enough money on the gift card to cover payment.
