A Golden opportunity for Energetic Internet Sales Manager/ Retail Sales Assistant.
The Role:
The internet Sales manager is to deliver the highest level of customer service to our online customers.
You will also be required to work as a retail sales assistant in our Narrabeen store.
Duties include:
- Processing of online sales
- Communication with customers via phone, email and in person.
- Ordering from suppliers, packing of internet orders and ensuring that all orders are up-to-date
- Servicing customer inquires and providing a high level of customer service, online and instore.
- Taking up the challenge of completing a variety of tasks.
- Working in our retail store.
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
- Self-motivation
- Good knowledge of bodyboarding and its products
- Keen to learn, diligent and organised.
- Friendly, vibrant and Reliable
It is crucial that applicants consider themselves to be highly motivated and interested in bodyboarding. Customer service experience highly desired.
Location & Hours:
The Position is located at our Narrabeen Head Office and in our Narrabeen Retail Store.
4-5 days/week, typically being Monday to Thursday, 10am to 5.30pmwith some weekend work, Mainly on Sundays.
